Near and dear to me

It's National Eating Disorder Awareness Week, but this is a problem that too many of us are aware of on a daily basis. Throw away your bathroom scale....NEVER had one and won't...that's agony!!!

We don't have a scale either; I steer clear of the one at the gym too.
